The winelands
An hour to Stellenbosch and Franschhoek — Cape Dutch estates, world-class wine and a long lunch under the oaks. Overnight among the vines.

Fly to Victoria Falls
An easy flight north to the Zambezi; settled into a lodge within sound of the falls, a sunset river cruise among the hippos to begin.

A full morning at Mosi-oa-Tunya — the mile-wide curtain, the spray, the rainbows — then the afternoon yours: a helicopter flip, a guided rainforest walk, or simply the view.

A day trip across to Botswana’s Chobe for the elephant herds, or a lazy Zambezi day of canoeing and birdlife. Your call.
