It is a small permanent team: driver-guides averaging more than a decade in the northern circuit, our Zanzibar island crew, and partner guides in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda we have worked with for years — chosen slowly, kept long.
One program, funded by every journey
We chose depth over breadth: a single education partnership in Zanzibar, supporting classroom resources and marine-conservation teaching for school students on the island that raised us. Every confirmed booking contributes; we publish the total annually and guests are welcome to visit the program when they travel with us.
